University degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Automatics and Industrial Control, Electronics);
3+ years of .NET experience;

We’re looking for someone who has extensive knowledge of FIM/MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager) including:

Experience with metaverse and management agent extensions development
Understanding ECMA connector configuration Experience with portal customization, including custom workflow activity libraries
Extensive knowledge of Powershell Good knowledge of .NET VB
Good knowledge of TSQL
Good knowledge of ADFS
Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange object configuration
