Project management expertise
Excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills

You will work within the MS EMEA Infrastructure team and be responsible for remote monitoring and management assets.
Those assets are used by HP to monitor and control printers under Managed Print Service (MPS) contracts. Those assets are key for our business as they allow HP to provide supplies (e.g. cartridges and toners) on time to our customer but also collect the number of pages printed so HP can invoice the customer accurately.
You will represent the EMEA region within WW instances and work with the countries and potentially customers to define the requirements of the infrastructure that supports those assets. You will lead the EMEA support for those assets assuring HP can provide best in class services to our customers.
You will define/influence the processes around those tools and deploy them in EMEA. You will work with the other regions to align on tools and processes and reach consensus where possible. You will drive ww to ensure EMEA requirements are delivered.
You will also support the contractual framework development initiative, helping the manager to define and document the requirements for monitoring and fleet management.
