-Education or work experience in / with business functions, e.g. finance, logistics or customer service, would be beneficial;
-Understanding of major business processes and business models at Bosch or other multinational company;
-Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MS Office;
-Fluently spoken and written of English;
-Knowledge of Intrastat reporting, VAT reporting and/or the “Harmonized Commodity -Description and Coding System (HS)” for products would be beneficial;
-Service attitude and interest to continuously improve the provided services;
-Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage workload without supervision;
-Excellent communication skills and Intercultural competence;
-Ability to constantly improve performance;

-Preparation and submission of monthly Intrastat reports for Robert Bosch GmbH and affiliated Bosch entities in EU to Statistics Authorities according national requirements and deadlines;
-Continuous receipt, execution and quality check of reporting data provided electronically by multiple Bosch SAP systems in central Intrastat processing system MIC INTRA;
-Continuous checking of reporting data quality. Revision or completion of reporting data if required;
-Continuous reconciliation of VAT and Intrastat reports, preparation and submission of corrective reports to Statistics Authorities if required;
-Continuous improvement of Intrastat process regarding quality of reporting data and Intrastat reports;
-Execution of requests and queries from Statistics Authorities, support in Intrastat audits (clarifications, reconciliations, analysis);
-Development to Intrastat expert with direct reporting line to the headquarter in Germany;
-Possible upgrade to an international coordinator for Intrastat issues for Bosch group in Europe.
