- Professional experience in controlling, with good knowledge on operative level in a multinational context
- University degree in economics' field
- SAP knowledge
- Proficient MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
- Target, process and quality orientation
- Analytical thinking and structured working approach
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- English - very good written and spoken language skills

- Prepare and support the yearly Business Plans, Quarterly Forecasts and Actual month end closing
- Monitor and follow-up on the P&L
- Setting and achieving KPIs for the organization (i.e. metrics to evaluate productivity and profitability)
- Prepare monthly business reports and ad-hoc management reports
- Involved in internal controls
- Close collaboration with headquarter controlling and accounting departments in Bucharest; direct reporting to the Controlling Manager
