For our client, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, we are looking for Channel Data Specialist with French and English languages, in Bucharest.
Skills and experience required:
Early-career opportunity: minimum university graduate; bachelor degree or higher is a plus;
Fluent in English: C1 level;
Good level of French : B2/C1 level;
Good MS Excel knowledge, especially pivots & graphics, lookup & reference formulas, logical formulas (e.g. 1st and 2nd level IF), simple statistics formulas (e.g. average, count), text-to-columns and similar;
Ability to drive activities to closure and get things done pragmatically;
Good communication skills;
Strong Customer focus - minimum 1 uninterrupted year of customer facing experience (call-center or any other form);
Accountability, motivation & commitment;
Ability to work independently in a distributed organization and remain focused and committed;
Must-have mathematics acumen; business acumen is a plus;
Knowledge development of Channel Business Model, business partner facing experience and knowledge of Europe, Middle-East and Africa channel market and top business players;
Business acumen development while progressively attaining the ability to smartly manage a significant amount of workload in a high-pressure fast-paced environment;
Extending the working experience in a complex, culturally diverse and scattered environment;
Communication skills development in a customer centric manner, especially the ability to build and maintain strong internal/external relationships;
Diagnosing, problem solving and project management skills development;
Extending MS Office, SharePoint and Business Objects knowledge.
Your job will consist in developing, deploying, operating and maintaining operational channel data collection assets and processes as follows:
Point for contact for HPE partners (wholesalers/resellers) and internal stakeholders on any data collection topic; owner of the regional Sellout/Sellto data collection process, including pan-EU partners as appropriate;
Ensures that partner data is accurately reported and available in the system as per the agreed frequency;
Ensures that the reported data is as per the agreed HPE quality and confidentiality standards.
Provides, support, assistance and solutions on any issue generated by partner reporting involving as necessary any relevant HPE party;
Ensures stakeholder engagement: assess/gathers business needs from users centrally and locally, communicates results and agrees on action plan moving forward;
Manages issue detection and resolution; Act as point of escalation for issues on tools, data quality, failing processes by business communities (BU/finance/top management). Lead escalations/investigation on most critical issues;
As needed, (assist with) set up and deployment of sellout/sellto (with support of country management and local sales to obtain sellout/sellto information from local wholesalers/resellers/retailers);
Ensures that information is handled according to HPE's Standard of Business Conduct's handling of sensitive information, and according to Compliance and Audit requirements.
