•University Degree in Economics;
•Previous experience as Accounting Team leader/Chief Accountant;
•Fluency in English;
•SAP Knowledge: FI/CO;
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
•Advanced IFRS/Local GAAP knowledge;
•Team-work oriented, experience in international and intercultural approach;
•Willingness and availability to travel;
•Ability to meet deadlines and work in a dynamic environment;
•Reliability, rigor and an analytical mind;
•Continuous improvement and excellency culture orientation.

•Provides accounting services within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Ensures functional and disciplinary leadership for the staff involved within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Assigns activities/responsibilities to the staff in the assigned area of responsibility;
•Ensures the contact for the accounting related systems & applications within the assigned area of responsibility.
•Ensures and reviews the compliance with the global organization standards, system & process standards and standard procedures within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Ensures and reviews the compliance with the accounting related laws as well as internal and external rules and regulations within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Ensures the compliance regarding the internal controls and key controls within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Ensures and reviews documentation, systems & processes within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Ensures the continuous improvement of systems & processes within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Coordinates the project work within the assigned area of responsibility;
•Contact person for Head of/Manager Accounting – and other internal and external stakeholders within the assigned area of responsibility.
