    Cerinte

    University Degree
    Minimum 1 year of relevant work experiencing in the recruitment field
    Proficiency in English(other fluent language will be consider an advantage)
    Proficient interviewing skills
    Analytical skills and data analysis experience
    Preferred understanding of : the company's business objectives and organizational structure, recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures, requested recruiting profiles, external market place/trends, recruiting tools, recruiting resources
    Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
    Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
    Good communication( written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    Good organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills

    Responsabilitati

    The above requirement will help you in:

    Understanding recruiting demands and specific skill profiles
    Screening applications and selecting candidates
    Conducting interviews with the selected candidates
    Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities
    Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy
    Coordinating referral process of applicants
    Utilizing recruiting databases(s) and tools
    Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions
    Providing external marketplace information to HR leadership
    Cooperating with and providing status to other functions regarding candidates
