Considerable knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 Server environments and networking Familiar with the fundamental principles of ITIL/SLA
Microsoft Windows server roles (AD, DNS, DHCP, DFS, WDS, WSUS, IIS, etc.)
Considerable knowledge of Windows Active Directory and related Windows Security
Considerable knowledge of Microsoft SQL 2008/2012
Developed knowledge of scripting languages
VMware Vsphere 5/6
Storage (Fibrechannel SAN and enterprise storage arrays)
Netapp Storage arrays
Citrix XenApp Server
Education: University (Automatics, Electronics, Cybernetics, Mathematics).
Foreign languages: Advanced level of English and French.
Offering 3rd line support - Investigating and fixing problems escalated from 2nd line support Monitor Customer IT infrastructure alerts using specific tools
Debugging and fixing problems with wide-area and local-area business networks Getting
Discussing problem resolution with client and internal managers
Analyzing and making changes to infrastructure to improve performance
Involvement in architecture and project definition
Assisting in the investigation of operations and security incidents
Monitoring and performance improvements
Analyzing client business needs and recommend innovative solutions that leverage technology to provide better application performance and cost reductions
Maintaining and improving support information and documentation
Attending problem meetings with clients and internal managers
Training junior technical staff
Installation and configuration (including travel to other countries)
Develop, plan, document and implement new IT systems and processes in accordance with company standards
Design, test and implement new technologies as required by the business
Monitoring and proactive maintenance of backup / monitoring / server (inc patching) / storage infrastructure
Documentation and rehearsal of disaster recovery procedures
Process governance/compliance tasks in accordance with auditing requirements
Develop technical documentation as needed
