    Responsibilities

     Elaborate price calculations in accordance with the pricing policies of DAG and MBRO for invoicing the sold vehicles towards the authorized partners and MBRo direct customers. Check and apply corresponding sales measure depending on the sales channel, check the eligibility of the vehicle configuration for the granted sales support.
     Elaborate new price calculations for the sold vehicles, if specific sales measures are released after the vehicles had been invoiced or if the vehicles are sold through a different sales channel thus benefiting for a different type of sales support
     Maintains direct and daily relation with the responsible order processing from factories, coordinates external transport from factory to FLC Pitesti and organize as well the internal transport from FLC Pitesti to the authorized partners. Answers queries from sales and customers regarding shipment of vehicles
     Responsible for internal stock management in Pitesti: entry, exit, stock vehicles; checking storage, maintenance and transportation invoices from the forwarder. Assists the authorized partners in taking over vehicles from external stock (ISME) and makes follow-up for the transport to FLC Pitesti
     Organizes and monitors the homologation process at the FLC Pitesti, communicates directly and daily with the Romanian Automotive Register to schedule the vehicles for homologation, closely monitors that the Vehicle Identity Cards have been issued and transmitted to the authorized partners or MBFS on time for the final registration process, checks the invoices issued for the service provided by Romanian Automotive Register
     Checks and archives electronically the necessary documents related to delivery of the vehicles to the final customers (electronic deal file for each order containing all related invoices, price calculation, hand-over protocol, temporary driving authorizations).
     Maintains master-tables in Access Database updated with all price validity rules, technical and product related information
     Assists the authorized partners in the process of recovering the damages occurred during external or internal transport, acts as liaison between factory, Transportation Company and authorized partners, offering guidance, instructions and necessary documents to the authorized partners to process the damage.
