Junior Billing Analyst with French and English

The ideal Junior Billing Analyst should have:

- Proficiency in French and English languages;
- Attention to details and thoroughness;
- Knowledge of the MS Office (especially Excel) is a plus;
- Analyzing spirit;
- Customer service oriented and very communicative;
- Strongly motivated to work within a beautiful team.

As a Junior Billing Agent you will:

- Receive and sort incoming payments with attention to credibility;
- Issue receipts and invoices;
- Update billing conditions and collaborate with projects teams for bills presentment;
- Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments;
Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients.
​- The working schedule has 2 shifts: 10:00 - 19:00; 13:00 - 22:00 (Monday to Friday).
