The role of a Business Travel Compliance Consultant is to work closely with our clients to improve their business travel compliance. Our approach is unique in the market place and focuses on 3 key pillars - organizational change management, which includes communications, process and policy designed to steer employee behavior; technology to identify and assess potential risk and lastly, compliance processes to support the employer and employee obligations identified.
You will work as part of a multi-discipline team of industry, transformation, technology and analytics specialists to provide consulting and managed services to our top tier global client base.
The role is varied and dynamic and will require an individual to support project teams, liaise with the client and interact with various stakeholders including travel providers. It will require strong client handling and communication skills. You will be involved in the delivery of both technology implementations and “Business As Usual” services, and work closely with our developers, the tax, immigration and social security teams internally to manage the downstream compliance requirements identified.
This role requires broad range of compliance, technical, project management skills and experience.
• Understanding the client, business and end user point of view and working with various teams to ensure the solution delivers to client needs
• Supporting the London team with implementation / transformation projects and “Business as Usual” (BAU) business travel compliance projects
• Driving projects to deliver the right solutions
