Main responsibilities: Analysis of monthly plant performance:

* perform monthly deviation analysis for variable and fixed costs of plants
* ensure communication of issues, root cause and counter measures for variations to Business Unit Management
* participate in monthly plant performance review, prepare different reports and analysis
* perform benchmarking analysis for plant related KPI´s Coordination of Budget and Forecast activities with plants:
* support the moderation of budget plant reviews
* ensure consolidation of results from plant review
* ensure target setting calculations in alignment with product lines and target costing for plant cost structure of future years Preferred Abilities:
* Analytical skills
* self-determination and cross-thematic way of thinking
* comfortable with automotive technologies
* clear and open communication and strong networking skills
* very good understanding of controlling and finance reporting


* University or Master Degree in Finance / Economics / Economical
* Engineering
* Fluent in English
* Spanish would be considered an plus
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* SAP knowledge
* Previous Plant Controlling Experience, at least 4 years
