- Bachelor's degree in Law
- At least 1 year experience in a similar position
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Affinity towards corporate law and international law
- Excellent research and analytical skills
-Problem-solving and solution-oriented attitude

-Analyze and approve contracts and legal documents between the company and international partners/stakeholders, in accordance with commercial and civil law, as well as the company interests;
-Create documents, contracts and agreements, such as non-disclosure or non-compete agreements, endorsement agreements, service agreements, royalty agreements etc. ;
-Conduct legal analysis and research on various legal matters, in accordance with the company projects and strategy;
-Keep an eye and be up to date with new legal changes on the international scene , inform and advise our colleagues about the new information and the impact it has;
-Select and work with law specialists on certain legal matters which overcome your knowledge and experience;
-Assist in reviewing the legal material and any other relevant documents and to identify the most important issues that need to be sorted out on a priority basis;
-Solve and address any legal matter within the company;
