    Requirements

    -Bachelor's degree – Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related degree;
    -At least 2 years working knowledge in Financial accounting, especially in Accounts Payable field;
    -Fluently spoken and written of English;
    -Proficient computer skills - SAP Module FI, MM and MS Office;
    -Ability to work in a structured and careful way;
    -Customer service and communication skills;
    -High affinity toward accounting and finance processes;
    -Team player and ability to work in a flexible way;
    -Willingness to travel.

    Responsibilities

    -Is a specialist of the Accounting processes (AP, AR, GL);
    -Supports and coordinates after transitions referring to scope definition, shadowing and stabilization;
    -Enhances the overall performance of the process by driving standardization and improvement topics (under CIP umbrella, to safeguard future transitions for all Hungary projects);
    -Helps accounting teams to perform root cause for process inefficiencies and quality issues;
    -Support Key Account Manager Hungary to interface between accounting team in HU and GSA;
    -Offers support and trains other colleagues regarding Bosch accounting standards, continuous improvement, process specifics and IT system related topics;
    -Helps to coordinates the Continuous Improvement Process;
    -Ensures good communication with local unit and internal/external customers;
    -Any other tasks required by the superior manager;
    -Position has project character and will not be needed after 2020, when all HU transitions are stabilized. Candidate can develop to other postion, e.g. KAM; PEX, PIM, etc.
