Your Mission

 You will get involved in the accounting activities for the French Entities of Societe Generale European Business Services.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Coordination of recording, receipt and payment of invoices, relating with suppliers and PTP department
• Participation in preparation of the monthly trial balance , by supervising the integration of expenses and income related to the invoices
• Monthly reporting package of balance sheet & profit and loss (IASCONSO), Inter-company schedules
• Other quarterly reporting (IASTRANSFO), etc.
• Reconciliation of Magnitude packages with other sources of information
• Ensuring that the knowledge is transferred and formalized within production team  
• Participate to transversal initiatives
• Helping other team members one one off issue
• The integration of expenses and income from other members of the team by posting manual entries
• The analysis of outstanding items on suspense / sundry accounts

A little about You:

• You have previous experience in Accounting and Reporting;
• You have good knowledge of English and Frech;
• You have worked with accouting and reporting tools (SAP, Oracle, SUN Systems etc.).
