Continuous Improvement Specialist

We are a Romanian brand that evolved to an international group that produces and delivers energy products. With 6,000 employees and a wide range of jobs, Rompetrol has operations in Europe and Central Asia, from oil trading and refining to petrochemicals production, retail and marketing of petroleum products to providing services to other operators in the Energy industry.

-Economics/technical university degree or related studies;
-5-8 years of experience, out of which minim 1 years’ experience in HR Continuous Improvement Project;
-At least 2-3 year experience in managing small/medium projects and processes analyse Expertize in HR Shared Service;
-Certification of: UiPath- ni and six sigma/lean six sigma – nice to have
-Strong working abilities with: MS Project, MS Office, HRIS;
-Good analytical and communication skills, relationship management and the development and maintenance of a professional network;
-Advanced English level mandatory; Russian is a plus.

-Proposing, choosing and adapting project, procedures and forms (methodology) under which the project will be undertaken;
-Identifying, analyzing and monitoring risks that may occur within the coordinated project;
-Ensuring project implementation within set parameters: terms, requirements, costs, quality level etc.
-Facilitating communication and cooperation between project participants, so as the coordinated team members to know their objectives and priorities;
-Supervising project implementation and managing project team;
-Bearing responsibility for specifying deliverables, testing the new processes, requirements management, planning and obtaining acceptances;
-Participating in bids analysis process for the coordinated project according to business requirements, so as the activities and deliverables to reach the agreed standards.
