•Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or similar
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Communication
•Fluent English, both verbal and written
•Serves as an advisor on all communication related topics
•Works as a partner to the Management Team in order to support the internal communication needs
•Assists the global team in relaying messages for staff, organizing global events and contributing to other global projects in communications such as “shared”
•Elaborates a strategic communication plan in line with the Group’s communication strategy and presents it to the company’s management
•Identifies and develops communication tools and methods to increase communication efficiency (.: newsletters, email campaigns)
•Develops content for the intranet and internet pages of the company, ensuring that these are updated periodically and engages employees and keeps stakeholders informed
•Delivers internal communication messages through different channels
•Creates, implements and oversees communications external programs that effectively describe and promote the organization
•Promotes company events through articles, interviews, social media and intranet
•Responsible for organizing corporate events (full cycle process – from proposal, to delivery, to event follow-up and metrics)
•Provides communication plans to ensure all project stakeholders are aware of planned events and how to best leverage the events and of the contribution to organizing the events
•Offers support for the involvement in CSR campaigns while following the Group’s policy in this area
•Research media coverage and industry trends
•Manages client relationship (internal / external)
•Manages the relationship with external providers
