    Requirements

    •University degree;
    •Experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing within FMCG industry or working experience within Advertising agencies of minimum 2 years;
    •Minimum 1 year of experience in developing and implementation of promotional campaigns;
    •Experience in account management within agencies represents an advantage;
    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    •Good analytical skills;
    •Good planning & organizing skills;
    •PC skills proficiency: Excel, MS Office;
    •Good English knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    The position holder will work closely with Cycle Planning & Trade Programs Manager and Brand Activation teams, being responsible for the preparation and development of marketing programs resulting from the needs and business objectives of the company and its clients. He / She is responsible for developing, together with POSM Development team, support materials for the activation programs, including both consumers’ and trade programs. Additionally, he / she will offer support in monitoring the activation budget and expenses’ efficiency.
