Invoice and Procurement Specialist

Who you are:

As an Invoice and Procurement Specialist you are responsible for ensuring that the company has the right materials, equipment and goods needed for business operations.

What are your responsibilities:

We’re looking for someone who owns it and takes it to the next level not just someone that wants a job.

You will work under Alex’s guidance, who is the Managing Director for our location in Bucharest.

Invoicing – you will check invoices for accuracy, and authorize the accounts payable department to issue payments and track the overall spending.

Procurement - you will manage the vendor relationships and oversee order placement; negotiate with contractors on price, mode of shipping, and delivery time. In addition, you will order goods such as office supplies on a continuing basis in order to maintain certain inventory levels and elaborate specific reports based on management requests

Relations with international customs-you will be involved in processes related to customs and international shipping/transfer of goods between companies

What skills you have:

As an ideal candidate, you have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant field along with a strong experience in invoice processing, procurement and vendor management activities. Previous experience in working with financial ERP (ex. SAP) and a very good level of English are also mandatory for this role.
