Internship Customer Service Representative - Emerson

Responsibilities:

• Check and register orders received from our customers;
• Review orders for accuracy and completion;
• Verify prices and discounts;
• Check price discrepancies;
• Check missing ACK;
• Notify customer service department if there is unclear information on the order;
• Orders follow-up;
• File copies of all orders received;
• Change the status of the order (quantity, dates, cancelations etc);
• Assure back-up for the team members;
• Enter manually the ACK (for Topworx / any other site when we have issued with EDI);Register the packing lists / check the dispatch advise system when the packing lists are blocked.

Skills:
 

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2 level); Italian is a plus
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Attention to details;
• Team player;
• Flexible schedule depending on the team schedule.
