Citi - Summer Intern (CCB, Bucharest)

Provide support to Relationship Managers and Relationship Management Associates in daily administrative and operational tasks. Provide support with internal documentation (account opening and maintenance, financials processing, etc.).

Interact with other departments of the bank.

• Back-up for Relationship Management Associates
•  
• Work on customer due diligence (eCADD)/ KYC for new to bank clients as well as existing client base
• Handle documentation related to clients on-boarding
• Support account closing process (part of closing marginal clients process) – liaise with internal department and obtain necessary approvals, send notification to customer, etc.
• Handle communication and follow-ups with all departments

• Currently completing a BSc/MSc in Economics, Accounting, Finance or similar (students in their final year of university, though exceptional candidates at an earlier stage of study are going to be considered)
• MS Office with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills - Strong conversational English is a must
• Organized and disciplined, able to observe deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Multitasker and good communicator
• Willingness to learn rapidly and work under tight deadlines
• Internship experience is an advantage
