    You should have:

    University Degree in HR, Economics, Finance or any related field
    English language knowledge on a medium level
    Office tools knowledge – Excel, Word
    Basic labor law knowledge
    Experience in a similar HR admin role would be considered a great advantage


    Preparation of employee contracts and administration of on-boarding and off-boarding
    Administration of contract modifications, medical and other benefits, employee exits etc.
    Invoice check of HRS providers and related administration (e.g. approval) 
    Reporting related to HR services
    Answering customers calls 
    Supporting HR services related audit
    Managing HRS service requests in CRM according to SLA
    Answering to all employees queries and directing them to the right channels, if needed 
    Involvement in process integration, if required
    Initiate improvement ideas and taking action on them 
    Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing 
    Working closely with other departments like Finance, Government Relations, Staffing
    Comply with all required policies & local labor law
