    Cerinte

    Prior experience in Customer Support environment would be preferred
    Advanced skills of both French and Spanish language at the same time (especially writing level)
    Good IT skills (troubleshooting, networking, HDD, Tapes)
    Experience in using multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Server)
    Excellent communication skills and empathy
    Ability to work both in a team and individually
    Focused and Problem solving oriented attitude
    Enthusiasm and Passion
    Ability to learn new skills and adapt;

    Responsabilitati

    Receive by e-mail queries from customers and identifying the best solution for each case
    Respond to all customers’ queries in a professional manner;
    Using troubleshooting IT skills to help the client
    Escalate queries, when necessary, to 2nd level of support
    Maintain contact with other departments in order to fix the clients’ requests
    Develop and maintain the technical knowledge in order to continuously improve activity
    Be proactive and suggest improvements
