    • Suport administrativ pentru echipa de administrare in procesul de angajare:
    • Suport in procesul de intocmire a dosarelor de personal pentru angajatii noi;
    • Suport in arhivarea dosarelor de personal ale angajatilor care pleaca;
    • Intocmirea documentelor primare ce tin de resurse umane (adeverinte, , etc.);
    • Gestionarea procesului de acordare a cadourilor acordate angajatilor cu ocazia aniversarii vechimii in ING.
