    At Carestream Health we are producing radiology devices, healthcare systems and accessories and our customers are hospitals and clinics all over the world. Carestream Health Romania (established in 2012) is the newest branch of the mother company and is acting as a Shared Services Center for EAMER region, covering contracts administration, customer care dispatch, customer orders, supply chain and logistics, finance, procurement and IT applications. We are a team of around 200 people, located in West Gate Business Park, right across subway station Preciziei, in a green, quiet and no so crowded area. We are a very interesting mix of experienced professionals and fresh beginners, a multicultural environment with people from 10 European countries.

    Skills / Experience:

    Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
    2-4 years experience providing analytical support
    Experience providing analytical support for a large international company preferred
    Experience interacting with Sales and Marketing units preferred
    Must be a self-starter with strong problem solving skills
    Individual must be able to clearly identify objectives and meet end goals
    Extreme attention to immediate detail as well as the ability to understand long-term vision
    Proven ability to address challenges and work with a results-oriented team
    Organization skills – can plan, execute, and control multiple tasks. Can take direction from multiple people
    Communication skills – excellent written and verbal presentation skills; good listening skills
    Interpersonal skills – can work effectively with both internal and external cross-functional personnel at all levels of the organization
    SAP experience would be a plus
    Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience required
    Travel minimal, less than 10%
    Foreign languages: English fluent

    Responsabilitati

    Management/ Stakeholders Reporting:

    Assist the Finance Manager with the consolidation and analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual estimating and reporting process as well as the accurate and timely consolidation and analysis for the Budget
    Identifying fluctuations between budget, estimates and actual results
    Provide sound analysis supporting the reported results versus the budget and estimates
    Improve focus on working capital, capital expenditures, and other cash in-flows and out-flows
    Assist with special projects as assigned
    Decision Support & Controls:

    Participate in closing reviews to ensure results are appropriately accounted for under GAAP, including pricing, profitability, service, rebates/commissions/discounts/promotions accruals, and other SG&A spend
    Review and support local guidelines in adherence with the WW and Regional processes
    Support the sales team in the review of business cases across multiple product lines, including bundled deals and multiple element arrangements
    Provide support for the internal and external audit processes
    Work with the Finance Manager to drive consistent and efficient processes, driving towards a lean mentality
    Document policies and procedures
    Function at high level in SAP and BP&C financial systems
