ETL/Data Integration Consultant

We have expertise in multiple capabilities across Business Operations (Systems Delivery & Modernization, Cloud & Engineering, Operations Transformation), Customer & Marketing (Marketing & Commerce, Digital Customer, Digital Foundry & Operations), Enterprise Tech & Performance (SAP, ServiceNow, Anaplan), Human Capital (HR Transformation, Organizational Transformation), and Strategy, Analytics and M&A (Data Modernization & Analytics, AI Insights and Engagement).

- 2+ years of relevant technology architecture consulting or industry experience
- Hands-on knowledge of databases.
- Experience in one or more of major ETL tools such as SAP Business Objects Data Studio, Informatica PowerCenter, IBM InfoSphere Datastage, SAS Data Integration, Microsoft SSIS, Pentaho/Kettle, AbInitio, etc.
- Good understanding of one or more of major BI Reporting tools such as SAP Business Objects, Oracle Hyperion, IBM Cognos BI, SAS BI tools, etc.
- Ability to identify improvement to optimize data flows.

In addition, successful candidate will also have the following preferred skills and experience:
- Good oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.) and consulting skills.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
