We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress into a key client management role.
As a member of the International Staffing/HR Team you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients. Previous experience in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential (at least 2 years).

Working in the position of On-site Senior Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be to work closely with Hiring Managers in Romania, to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates and managing the offer process whilst ensuring that the recruitment SLA’s are met.
