Forestry or wood technology studies or proof knowledge of log buying requirements;
Experience with buying logs for wood veneer production is an advantage;
At least 2 years work experience in forestry domain;
English knowledge - medium level;
Willing to travel 90% of working time.

Buying logs in required quantities and types, with the specified quality criteria and within the set price range and the scheduled timeline;
Realizing complex logs' market research and analysis with focus on monitoring of suitable logs' suppliers;
Covering log buying activities on different markets, with focus on west Romania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Slovakia, Czech Republic;
Visiting the vendors with the aim to determinate the required quality, quantity, type of log species and other conditions;
Negotiating conditions, prices and final contracts with log vendors and sellers;
Checking the quality and quantity of finally delivered logs in comparison to the ones agreed with vendors;
Drafting and presenting reports related to whole process of buying the logs.
