    Position requirements:

    -BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field;
    -Minimum 4 years of experience on a similar position;
    -Minimum 2 years of experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker / IBM Integration Bus (flow development and Broker/MQ configuration);
    -Must have a strong understanding of software architectures, software lifecycle methodology and information systems development;
    -Technical skills covering, but not limited to:
    -Platforms: Windows & Linux
    -Concepts: operating systems, networking, software development, troubleshooting and diagnosis techniques
    -DBMS: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
    -Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure is a plus;
    -Service awareness, preferably IT infrastructure library (ITIL certification);
    -Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
    -Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    -Good command of written and spoken English;
    -Ability to think logically and work within a team environment;
    -Keep him/herself abreast with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise in order to be able to contribute effectively to the business strategy.


    Blueprint of your typical tasks:

    -Provide 2nd line support for mission critical business applications;
    -Make sure each reported problem/question is resolved in a timely effective manner and tracked according to process standards;
    -Identify errors and problem trends in order to find permanent solutions;
    -Manage multiple systems and releases of varying levels of complexity;
    -Specify and maintain mechanisms for storage and access to both structured and unstructured information in support of business needs;
    -Align to guidelines and procedures to ensure appropriate consistency and quality in the service level provided;
    -Work closely with other support teams to ensure consistency and proper issue handover
    -Integrate and test components and/or systems.
