Network Administrator

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Solid knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and basic scripting
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms (Vmware ESXi, Open Stack);
• Knowledge of Amazon Cloud Services: EC2, VPC, S3.
• Knowledge of various tolls for network monitoring (Nagios, Cacti)
• Cisco operating systems (IOS)
• Knowledge of network security (auditing, firewall configuration, VPN configuration)
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Subnetting, OSI Model, etc)
• Knowledge of automation systems (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of voice protocols (SIP) and open source telephony platforms (Freeswitch, asterisk)
• Basic knowledge of MySQL
• Fluency in English;

Preferred Qualifications:
• University Degree in Telecommunications / Computer Science
• Cisco /Microsoft/ Linux certifications (or any other kind of certification that
can prove the expected knowledge in the telecommunications or IT field)

Responsible for the stability of the network infrastructure (monitoring, troubleshooting), installation of new equipment and software (servers, networking equipment) and for the network security and network security compliance.
• Network/servers monitoring and troubleshooting
• Software installation and security updates
• Support for the development and QA team (DevSys Ops)
• Develop new solution for improving network performance, stability and security
• Security compliance related tasks
• Documentation and procedures

Working schedule: 8 hours (~3 pm - midnight) Monday to Friday.
