    Requirements

    Your profile:
    Related experience supporting senior level executives;
    Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion;
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    Proficient in MS Office Tools (365) and Skype
    Structured, self-reliant and efficient working style;
    Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities at one time
    Ability to work in an international environment and with remote managers

    Responsibilities

    Your mission:
    While part of our administrative department, your activity involves offering support and general assistance to the top management team of Assystem Technologies Group.

    Your Tasks:
    Provide support to the management team in assigned projects and day to day activities;
    Manage calendar and meeting agendas, organizing reunions;
    Make travel arrangements through designated corporate agency. Prepare detailed travel itineraries as needed;
    Arrange of frequent internal / external meetings, including agendas, minutes and presentations;
    Prepare all presentations and files for internal/ external meetings;
    Handle confidential information in a professional and discreet manner;
    Assure translations when necessary;
    Additional ad-hoc projects as assigned
