Unilever Internship Programme is 3-month internship where you will be based at Unilever Bucharest Head Office, working on genuine business project with support of local and regional teams. UIP is specially designed for students searching for career opportunities and eager to develop alongside world- class managers and experts. We are looking for interns for the following departments:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

SALES

You’ll develop your commercial knowledge and numerical skills. You’ll build partnerships with our wide range of customers – supermarkets, superstores, convenience stores, drug stores, discounters, online retailers, ice cream parlours– so that we reach our target markets. That could mean working together to maximise a new product launch, recommending the right range of products, developing marketing programmes, negotiating an annual business plan, or looking for new business opportunities.
 

WHO DO WE LOOK FOR?

It might come as a surprise, but we don’t have a specific discipline requirement. We’re looking for strong analytical skills, ambition, a talent for influencing people and a real desire to understand how a business operates and succeeds. Enthusiasm and commitment go a long way.

We’re looking for II – V year students with academic achievements and involved in extracurricular activities.
