IT Technical Specialist with German

Job description and main responsibilities:

1 Level Support for internal users
Resolving Incidents and requests obtained by email, telephone and other communication channels
Recording, categorizing and monitoring of incidents and request in the ticketing system
Co-operate with other members of the IT department
Support of the specified services and applicationsAdministrative tasks of service desk team (e.g. reporting, updating the knowledge base etc.)

Good written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Good analytical skills
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
Good overview of standard Office applications and systems (MS Office, VPN, Telephony, Skype, Printers etc.)
Basic knowledge of Active Directory
Driving License
ITIL knowledge is welcome
