     Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in selection & recruitment within a multi-national environment, in preferably a matrix organization
     Knowledge of interview and selection methods
     Basic knowledge in psychological theories on human behavior in working life
     High level of initiative, creativity, perseverance and flexibility
     Good planning and organization skills
     Good listening and communication skills
     Strong customer service skills
     Able to influence people and take decision
     Fluent in English and local language


     Provide advice, follow-up and decision making support for all activities related to selection & recruitment within SSC
     Guarantee an effective, professional, objective and standardized selection & recruitment process.
     Guarantee forwarding of appropriate applications to the concerned departments, organize interviews/hiring days, HR assessment of each applicant (internal/external) and give professional answers/feedback.
     Establish and lead our University Relationship Program to enhance Goodyear's external image & attract best-in-class candidates.
     Coordinates all phases of the recruitment process with all parties involved, keeping an on-going communication.
