• University graduate
• Previous experience in a Fresh Food Store at a management level
• Very good organizational skills (people and activities)
• Very good PC skills
• Very good English
• Positive person, focused on clients and results oriented

• Represents the store and the brand in the best way in front of clients and partners, with responsibility of the quality of services and products;
• Organizes and manages the overall activity of the personnel in the store (10 employees);
• Participates in selection and recruitment of the staff;
• Organizes trainings for the new staff;
• Establishes the staff schedules;
• Prepares daily orders for products and controls their storage;
• Organizes inventories of products;
• Controls all the documentation and the financial reports of the store;
• Organizes the daily cash deposit;
• Controls the menu: standards, quality, quantities;
• Represents the restaurant in front of the controlling institutions;
• Prepares reports related the overall administrative and financial management of the store - sales, waste, storage, stocks, staff.
