Consultant - Gouvernance & Public Sector

Our Advisory Services Department is growing and we need one new Experienced Consultant for our Public Sector projects. By becoming a part of EY, you will join a fast growing and dynamically developing department that is one of the key players in the Romanian market.

The opportunity
As a Consultant, you will work on various advisory engagements for the public sector, either for Romanian Public Administration or for international organizations such as European Commission.

Your key responsibilities
Working with the public sector in matters related to EU funds, public programs and policies, evaluation of public policies, public procurement etc
Perform research projects, studies
Determine that delivered work is of high quality and is evaluated by next-level reviewer
Perform searches on Internet and EY databases as per project's requirements
Prepare documentation for archiving when the projects are finished
Anticipate and identifies risks and escalates issues as appropriat
Prepare presentations and creates working files necessary for the engagements

Skills and attributes for success
Knowledge of English at intermediate level or above
Confidence in PC use (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

To qualify for the role you must be
Experienced in Gouvernance and Public Sector Consultancy for a period of 1-2 years
University graduate with a specialization in Public Administration / Public Policies /Technical Sciences / EU related matters
Capable of showing initiative and a positive attitude to work
Willing to ask for and accept feedback
Creative thinker and have a problem solving orientation
Attentive to details and accurate in your work
