    Requirements

    Mandatory:

    You have a university degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other field you can convince us is relevant!)
    Fluency in English is a must.
    You have basic understanding about the Marketing domain.
    You excel at prioritising and making the right time-critical choices when under pressure.
    You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual.
    Keeping others happy motivates you and it’s easy for you to be liked by others; communication, interpersonal and service skills are your second nature.

    You are detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills; you will have to analyse running campaigns and recommend adjustments for more optimal results to clients
    You are able to get in the shoes of prospective international students.
    Team player who is comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun.


    Desired:

    Fluency in a second language
    Some work experience in a client-facing role such as sales/ account management
    Experience in online marketing and/or international education are great assets for this job.

    Responsibilities

    Your main responsibilities:

    - Campaign implementation, monitoring and optimisation.

    - Coordinating with the regional sales teams and ensuring that they are well-aligned with our Client Success team

    - Statistics reporting and results explanation to clients, as well as advising on how to improve the results of their campaigns

    - Developing sustainable relationships with the university representatives to better understand and fulfil their marketing needs for student recruitment

    - Day-to-day communication with the clients for campaign optimisation and handling their requests

    - Working with CRM and the Content Management System to manage the daily workload
