What we expect:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics
- 1 – 3 years Finance – Accounting experience
- advanced PC skills, ERP systems knowledge,
- fluent in English
- fair, serious, problem-solving initiative, analysis abilities, communication skills, attention to details
What awaits you:
- VAT Journals: Check completeness of invoice (does the service invoice has service description report is it signed by both parties); after VAT closure by SSC, check VAT journal total match VAT accounts for payable, receivable and not due; export SAP Journals in Excell for VATstatements; print SAP Journals for archiving; references out of Journal to the origin document for each invoice (850 AP, 400 AR); as an exception for Not due VAT Journal beside print of invoices requires also a copy of Payment order
- Statements check: BS (handicaped fund, dividend tax, Quarterly CIT, witholding, excise duty), CIT Yearly, BAS (Social security), Yearly excise duties, Witholding tax yearly, VAT, EU delivery /purchases, National delivery / purchases, Excise duties bank warranty
Local taxes: Monthly update with the new investments on buildings, Manual payments monthly basis
- VAT compensation: Compensation between VAT recoverable and all other tax payable, Need to complete a standard form and sent to ANAF
- Fiscal certificate: Power of attorney for Bucharest sales agent, Request for fiscal cetificate signed by Administrator
- Payments: Salary pay 10 and 25'th of month (export Charisma +broadrige upload), Manual payments 10 and 25'th of month (when no fiscal document is available), e.g. Union, local tax etc, Unicredit transfer from Current to salary account, Tranfers EUR Unicredit to DB
- Warranty warehouse managers: At a new appointment of warehouse managers a warranty amount 23 salaries must be withheld
- Alimony: without bank account (1 payment)
- CEC: Minute for receiving sent back to customer, Minute for payment at the due date sent to bank
- Xrate: File saved on network drive
- Travel management: Input documents in SAP, Scan all pages and attach in SAP, Advance money to be reimbursed
- Bank statements: archive all statements received + manual payments in physical files
- Support external activities: External Audit, Internal Audit, Fiscal control
- Archive: Labels printing with no /date/month/ duration of archiving
- Stock take: Other accounts
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
