    Responsibilities

    - Establish and maintain excellent relationship with customers in order to ensure the best quality service is offered
    - To promote a high sales initiative in order to increase country business acquisition
    - Ensure correct shipments’ collections and deliveries, respecting company’s process and procedures
    - Provide activity reports to direct superior
    - Conduct a proper inter-departmental communication & relationship with all DHL Romania departments
