    Competence Profile

    Good communication, analytical, quantitative, problem-solving skills are an advantage.

    Enjoy working in a team-based environment and are committed to providing exceptional results that build over time.

    Good knowledge of Internet technology and Excel skills are necessary.

    Previous experience working in Tableau is considered an advantage

    Knowledge of total supply chain.

    Experience in SAP or similar ERP system is an advantage

    Experience in application support / master data management is an advantage

    Be able to interact with the customer (e-mails, phone calls, video calls) independently.

    Knowledge of performance reporting / performance management is preferred.

    Interested in developing skill set and growing within the company



    Education:

    • Degree within Finance / Economics / Mathematics / Computer Science or alternate.



    Language:

    • Good command of written and spoken English (mandatory).



    Interpersonal skills:

    • Proactivity towards customer service is essential;

    • Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands;

    • A thorough and methodical approach to work;

    • Good skills in interpersonal communication;

    Responsibilities

    Reporting

    Support Category and Solution Sourcing with Spend Management activities

    Measurement and reporting within BA dimension

    Establish reporting processes, methodologies and follow-up

    Reporting and analysis support

    Reporting standardization and optimization

    Execute quality checks for all the deliverables before sending them to the internal stakeholders.

    Ensure training material and ways of working are recorded and maintained according to corporate guidelines.

    Position Summary:

    This position provides analytical and sourcing services to the global Sourcing organization, based on internal and stakeholder requirements, actively contributing with Source-To-Contract activities within the Sourcing Process.

    Through professional consultancy and subject matter expertise, the employee will support the Sourcing community with operational and analytical knowledge and skillsets.
