    Previous experience in vendor master team or in a service/support team in an international setting is a plus

    Very good language skills both written and spoken in French & English
    French as a second language is a plus
    Good analytic skills and attention to details
    Good problem-solving skills
    Good Excel knowledge; knowledge of SAP is a plus
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Capacity to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
    Affinity with data and understanding of the importance of data quality management
    Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team; process improvement mindset
    Can quickly sense what will help or hinder accomplishing a goal; eliminates roadblocks;

    Responsible for vendor master data management: this includes documents verification, financial check-up, sets up and maintenance of all vendors
    Responsible for vendor marster/procurement-related tools - APEX and ESIP – handles quesries, communicates with business partners and vendors through these tools
    Provides reporting-related work on vendor master data
    Ensures that all data is accurate in the local system and other databases/systems used
    The spirit of the role is to support the Procurement function within Molson Coors (UK, US and Canada) and the P2P teams within the GBS
    Liaises with Procurement Associates and associates from other departments from the BU or from the GBS (finance, HR etc) when further clarification of job to be done is required to ensure the task is completed accurately and effectively
    Assists and provides the necessary data (including documents, email, information) required for controls and audits
    Works with various internal customers (procurement, P2P department, other support teams) in a collaborative manner to effectively and efficiently support procurement teams.
    Ensures all information needed to support procurement needs is received in a timely manner; ensures that follow-up is done constantly.
    Participates as a subject matter expert (SME) in vendor master projects / processes
    Supports the Team Manager to continuously improve services and data integrity
