    Requirements

    University degree in economics
    Minimum 3 years’ experience in tax consultancy
    Very good knowledge in taxation and financial accounting
    Very good command of English and/or Italian. Please note that English language is a mandatory request.
    Ability to handle multiple projects
    Organized person, capacity for analysis and synthesis
    Dynamic and responsible
    Good communication and relationship skills
    PC skills: MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook

    Responsibilities

    Tax consultancy in direct and indirect taxation
    Periodic tax reviews for allocated clients
    Specific tax reviews (due diligence)
    Tax analyze in M&A projects
    Tax assistance in litigations with tax authorities
    Various projects in taxation field
    Preparing newsletters on tax legal amendments
