Description

This is an opportunity for a Young Professional with a minimum 2 years of work experience who is looking to take a step forward in their career and who is passionate about software applications and business. You have interests in BPM, Model-Driven Development, Case Management, Decision Management and Analytics.

As a BPM developer/architect your tasks will include building and implementing of software with the Pegasystems BPM platform. In this role, you will work mostly on location of the customer and you will serve as a trusted advisor for the customer. If you are interested in broadening your horizon, we offer opportunities for you to temporarily work abroad (Europe) on projects.

As a Young Professional, it is expected that some of your competencies and skills still need to be further developed. Requirements

• Professional Knowledge
  • Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Business & IT or equivalent required. 
  • At least 2-5 years of working experience as Software/BPM/ integration Developer
  • Worked in development team or application management team
  • Experience working in Agile/ Scrum teams

• Communication Skills
  • Strong communications skills across all levels

• Language Skills
  • Fluent in Romanian and English, both verbal and written

• Technical Knowledge and Skills
  • Java / J2EE (preference)
  • Profound insight of Object Oriented programming
  • Strong working knowledge of Databases
  • Knowledge of SOA, Web Services and application integration
  • Experience with using standardized modeling languages and notations: UML, ArchiMate and BPMN

Other BPM platform experience (Nice to have but not required)

Mendix, Appian, Auroportal, OpenText/ Cordys, OpenText Process Suite/ Metastorm, Oracle BPM, Software Ag – webMethods, Tibco BPM, IBM Business Process Manager.
