Our internship program will consist of on boarding trainings, one-to-one coaching with buddy assignments and interaction with interns in 13 different countries across the Central Eastern Europe and Middle East Africa.

Interns will have the chance to be sole owner of certain critical daily operations, as well as taking part in long term projects.

The mission of the Sales Strategy & Planning (SSP) organization is to provide top class strategy and planning support to the sales organization, including forecasts, planning, go to market, growth initiatives and business planning, with the aim to profitably grow the business in every business unit and segment, ultimately improving the productivity of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining periodical reporting, and making analysis of the outcomes
• Conducting market analysis, defining potential segments and territories sales teams can work on
• Managing and improving the quality of the CRM system
• Working together with the Sales Operations team to run demo and order management processes

Education and Experience:

• 4th year University student (graduating in 2019) OR currently studying towards a Master’s degree
• Bachelors in Management, Economics OR Engineering
