    Requirements

    You will need to be organized, pro-active and determined to go beyond for businesses that hold Korn Ferry Hay Group in high regard and make sure high standards are maintained.

    • B2B Sales background
    • Previous experience working for a multinational company
    • Ideal background of 2-4 years within sales
    • Business development experience
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and able to quickly learn other applications such as SalesForce.com
    • Ability to work in an autonomous environment
    • Experience in relationship building

    Responsibilities

    • Uses time management skills to ensure client needs and other daily objectives are met. Coordinates within team to ensure coverage of short-term tasks when appropriate. For example, ensures teammate is covering phones while away from work area.
    • Collects information through a variety of methods to gain a better understanding of client business needs.
    • Contact the customers before the end of the current contracts for renewal, realization and sending of commercial propositions, detection of the leads.
    • Contact customers for participation in our databases, invitation and event follow-up, training in our tools.
    The role is in the Products department, which provides its customers with HR tools enabling them to support their employees throughout their career path. You will focus on liaising with HR professionals (mainly Comp& Ben Managers) to renew or sell products in the field of remuneration.

    Main responsibilities:
    • Provides recommendations for products or triages to appropriate team within a timely manner.
    • Qualifies inbound marketing leads into sales opportunities. Closes opportunities on their own or triages them to field sales, solution design or back to marketing as appropriate.
    • Proactively renews products and services in assigned portfolio while following standardized protocols.
