    Requirements

    Requirements:

    A minimum of a Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline coupled with 2+ years applicable analysis and/or reporting experience;
    Understanding of technical aspects of Human Resources;
    HRIS Systems Experience a plus;
    Hyperion/EPM, SQL, Tableau;

    Skills:

    The ability to translate the Company’s and others’ knowledge into solutions for the business;
    Excellent communications skills to include the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of technical and non-technical staff, the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical audiences and to engage others;
    Good team worker with a collaborative approach to work;
    Ability to manage and prioritize a complex and varied workload in order to meet deadlines;
    Strong analytical, communication and influence skills;
    Team player with strong interpersonal, intercultural, communication and organizational skills;
    Attention to detail with ability to think in processes and ensure deliverables are connected with operating plans
    Experience of delegating to and supervising contractors or developers;
    Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent;
    Self-motivated and proven “can do” attitude;
    A clear understanding of, and commitment to, equal opportunities and diversity, and a commitment to promote high standards of conduct and integrity;
    Self-starter with the ability to work without supervision as necessary.
    Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel advanced experience;
    Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent;
    Advanced level of English, German is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics;
    Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs;
    Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed
    Communicates findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis;
    Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics;
    Serves as the domain expert for human capital analytics;
    Collaborates with subject matter experts across the HR service areas (learning and development, staffing, talent management, diversity, compliance) to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight;
    Works as the key representative to the external benchmarks and key surveys supporting the HR function;

    To work flexibly and respond positively to changing business needs;
    To learn about the work of the Company and of Allianz Group and its partners;
