Requirements:

University graduate;
Foreign languages skills:
- Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken
- A second advanced European language skills, both written and spoken (would be an advantage)
Excellent skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Attention to details;
Analytical skills;
Good interpersonal skills;
Customer oriented;
Rigor/accuracy and sense of urgency and of deadlines;

Responsibilities:

Manage client relationship through providing daily operational support via telephone and e-mail;
Act as the first contact to the client, communicating all relevant information and ensuring customer satisfaction;
Review requests received from the local units, process creation & update of supplier master data;
Create suppliers in SAP;
Load contracts/prices in global price referential system and SAP
Keep track of all requests processed;
