    Requirements:

    Good knowledge on labor laws and specialized filing statutory compliance
    Computer skills, MS Office package, other human resource management applications
    Knowledge of foreign languages:
    - English advanced level
    - Any other European language would be an advantage
    Good verbal & written communication skills
    Good analytical & synthesis skills
    Rigorous and accurate working style

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    Capable to coordinate with customers on different Labor laws in Europe and legal issues
    Capable of handling disciplinary, integrity issues of the employees as per the legal aspects
    Drafting and reviewing the legal notice letters and preparing responses on legal issues
    Good on commanding, capable enough to manage relationship with customers and employees
    Involved in handling all legal and regulatory aspects of the business for respective countries
    Conducting and attending statutory compliances audit
    Updating the standard operating procedures and the process map in accordance with the changes which occur from a legislative point of view
    Managing transaction activities to ensure that all requests from the client are processed
    Contributing proactively to the constant improvement and standardization of existing processes
    Offers supports or suitable training to the new team members
