Resource Management Analyst (with French)

• Excellent French & English skills;
• At least 1 year corporate experience;
• Good customer care skills; excellent communication skills;
• Enthusiasm; ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks;
• Accuracy and attention to detail; very good organizational skills;
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection;
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Manage activities of related to the resource management for BearingPoint France;
• Update of the internal resource management system and handling of all information received (mail/phone/face to face meetings);
• Follow up of employees' entries / departures / leave of absence for staffing purposes;
• Reconcile forecasted and actual data.
