Contacteaza telefonic persoanele fizie sau juridice cu datorii inregistrate in vederea colectarii acestora pe o cale amiabila;
Identifica cele mai potrivite solutii pentru situatiile intalnite;
Negociaza conditiile si termenele de plata conform procedurilor stabilite;
Prelucreaza si actualizeaza informatiile in baza de date.
